Some Artists are attracted to the light and some to a darker and more brooding landscape. Taking inspiration from the mountains and rugged landscape of his native Wales together with the windswept moors of north Devon, Clive Burnell paints with an emotional response to the land and the elements. His work lies between the real and the imaginary dream and reality of what he sees.
